Time to remove the Twitter/X link?

The Wikimedia community has largely left the Twitter/X platform. I know a lot of the chapters closed their accounts (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, etc.) in favor of Mastodon, and the WMF doesn't post to X any more (although their account is still active). It looks like no one has posted to the Commons X account since 2021. Should we remove the link? Nosferattus (talk) 15:35, 28 July 2025 (UTC)

 Support Should we remove the link? Yes. Please add a Mastodon link in its place. Another candidate link to consider adding is https://www.reddit.com/r/WCommons but it's still quite small. Prototyperspective (talk) 21:36, 28 July 2025 (UTC)
